For the first time ever, snowboarding, tattooing and art collide. RIDES features 117 Burton Snowboards that were painted, sculpted and carved by some of the world's finest tattooists. This gallery show travelled the world, from where it began in Woodstock N.Y. to La Luz De Jesus in L.A. to Tokyo & Europe, and back to Burton Headquarters in Vermont. This new book was a joint effort with the Woodstock Tattoo Festival curators Bruce Bart and Curse Mackey. It showcases all the amazing fine art from this seminal project. |
