Presto Art was started in early 2002, with the mission of publishing high quality prints and books
showcasing fine art created by those whose main medium is tattooing. In August of 02 we published
our first suite of giclee prints entitled, “From Skin To Canvas”.
In 2002 we became involved in the tattoo skateboard art show, “L’art pour L’art”, and in March of 03
we were honored to publish our first title “Abrasion” featuring the boards from the show.
We have followed the sucess of Abrasions with deluxe art portfolios from both Joe Capobianco and
Jime Litwalk. We have also published books from artists Martin LaCasse, Dave Fox. and Joe
Capobianco.
Our belief is that the next batch of great fine artists will grow from those
who have honed their skills in the skin. Tattooing has become an art
form rich with talent and Presto is devoted to showcasing, and
promoting those artist. We are committed to being the
premier publisher of tattoo artist books. Thank you for
